To be nerdy, it is constantly varied, functional movement, done at relatively high intensity. What that means in English is…we do a bunch of different workouts, comprised of simple body-weight and free-weight movements, and we are pushing ourselves as hard as we want to or can on that day.

Personal Training

If you are not interested in group classes, we have a personal training program just for you. Our personal training program at our gym in Bridgewater provides an individualized approach to your training. It will be a customized training program tailored for you and your current fitness abilities. You will work with a coach 1 on 1 to reach your fitness goals.

 

Teen Strength & Conditioning

This is a strength-based program designed to teach proper form while executing functional movements for the purpose of gaining strength, stability, and speed. We include conditioning workouts as well but our focus will be to assess weaknesses and imbalances then customize training in order to improve in the weak areas.

 

Nutritional Counseling

Macros, Paleo, Intermittent Fasting, Keto…there is so much out there…What does it all mean? What is best for you? Meet with our certified Nutritional Counselor to find out. We have Nutritional Challenges throughout the year at our gym in Bridgewater.
