To be nerdy, it is constantly varied, functional movement, done at relatively high intensity. What that means in English is…we do a bunch of different workouts, comprised of simple body-weight and free-weight movements, and we are pushing ourselves as hard as we want to or can on that day.
Our Bootcamp is a 60 minute high-intensity cardio class. We use bikes, rowers, light weights, and simple gymnastics movements to deliver a sweaty, full-body workout.
If you are not interested in group classes, we have a personal training program just for you. Our personal training program provides an individualized approach to your training. It will be a customized training program tailored for you and your current fitness abilities. You will work with a coach 1 on 1 to reach your fitness goals.

Teen Strength & Conditioning
This is a strength biased program designed to teach proper form while executing functional movements for the purpose of gaining strength, stability, and speed. We include conditioning workouts as well but our focus will be to assess weaknesses and imbalances then customize training in order to improve in the weak areas.
We offer childcare Monday – Saturday covering both am and pm classes!
